We conduct a number of scans on your network to get an idea of overall devices and general network / system health. This information is gathered and reviewed by one of our technical teams.
Recommendations / Planning
Once your information is reviewed by our technical team they will put together a report and turn this over to your vCIO / Account Manager. Your account manager will reach out to review the recommendations and plan for implementation.
Implementation / Support
At this point we can start to implement the technical recommendations. This is when you will turn over information to your employees on how to receive technical support. You will have a dedicated project manager to help you through any issues that may arise during this process.
On Going Management / Review
Your personal vCIO will schedule quarterly reviews to go over current technologies, future improvements, and any issues that may need to be addressed.
